OUTSIDE IN THE SUNSHINE
We avoid overcrowded studios and sweltering weight-rooms.
Plants and people grow best outside. Naturally, we have an array of outdoor locations we pick, depending on your individual needs. Feet in the sand, hands on the grass, sun in the skies.
We may also do sessions at your place upon request and if the environment is suitable.
On odd occasion we may be indoors if weather doesn’t permit or circumstances necessitate.
All equipment will be provided from start to finish – just bring your attire, water, and energy!
