From beachside trainings to studio sessions and beyond, the training locations will depend on your specific goals and needs.
We take a fresh-air approach to fitness and prefer to conduct the majority of our sessions outdoors.
Sessions may also happen at your home.

What is 'Wholesome Health?'
Prehistoric are the methods of typical weightlifting, treadmills, high-impact training, and generic group sessions.
We take an approach which follows the path of natural body kinetics – adjusting posture, gait, movement, and technique to amplify your bodies strong points.
Through following your unique bodies individual requirements, we reduce and prevent the risk of injury or burnout.
What are your operating times?
Sessions are conducted from October until May.
The exact time varies based off your individuals needs, and the schedule of other booked clients.
Trainings are available from 8AM until 9PM.
